Fast food outlets offer meals that can be prepared quickly, customers can eat it in the shops or take it to the home.
It is true that fast food enables to gain some time, and away us from the trouble of preparing food, but the damages of fast foods are more than their benefits
People eat fast foods and they don't know all their components nor how it was -prepared
- eating quickly without chewing well and propably no seats, causing difficulty in digestion
- fast food contains a lot of fat, causing obesity, high cholesterol, desease such as cardiovacular, high blood pressure and diabetes
- no vegetables nor fruits used in fast foods
- family dispered because every one eats alone
And depsite all those damages of fast foods, people still eat it
