The earth
that neither begets nor rebels
will die!
The cloud
that delivers no rain
will die!
The sun
that comes without dawn
will die!
Lo! Tyranny brings death
And ravishes life's warmth.
الأرض
التي لا تنجب أو تتمرد
ستموت
السحابة
التي لا تمطر
ستموت
الشمس
التي تاتي بدون الفجر
ستموت
انتبهوا ! ، القهر لا يجلب الا الموت
ويسلب دفء الحياة
The Nation
that rebels not against despotism,
nor is watered with idealism
will die!
For lo! The earth after eruption
would be more fruitful,
and lava that burnt her
soon fertilize.
الامة
التي لا تتمرد على الطفيان
او ترويها الاخلاق
ستموت
انتبهوا ! الارض بعد البركان
تغدو اكثر اثمارا
والحمم التي تحرقها
تجعلها خصبة

The Nation
that believes not
in peace
will die!
So halt the wars!
الأمة
التي لا تؤمن
بالسلام
ستموت
لذا أوقفوا الحروب

The soul
that commits sins
will perish!
So the power of the oppressor
will collapse,
and he will be destroyed.
الروح
التي ترتكب الخطايا
ستفنى
لذا جبروت الطاغي
سيخور
والطاغي سيبيد

Grief
that brings forth no pain
will end!
And plants
not watered with rain
will wither!
Thus love without pain and rain
will die!
الحزن
الذي لا يبعث الما
سيزول
والزرع
الذي لا يرويه المطر
سيذبل
لذا الحب دون الم او مطر
سيموت
The word
that is not written
will die!
And science
that is not taught
will vanish!
So learn how
to teach and write!

التي لا تكتب

العلم
الذي لا يدرس
سيزول
لذا تعلموا
