فيما يلي أورد لحضراتكم الحلول الخاصة بتدريبات المحاضرة الرابعة

أود في البداية أن أعبر عن الشكر والتقدير للرئيس مبارك ولجمهورية مصر العربية لاستضافتها هذا اللقاء، استمراراً للدور المصري الفاعل في رعاية عملية السلام في منطقتنا، كما أشكر جلالة الملك عبد الله لجهوده وجهود المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية في هذا المجال، وأود تهنئة جلالة الملكة رانية بالمولود الجديد الأمير هاشم، وأهنئه كذلك بعيد ميلاده.

His Majesty King Abdullah the Second, Mr. Prime Minister
Dear ladies and gentlemen, I first would like to start to express my gratitude and appreciation to President Mubarak and to the Arab Republic of Egypt for hosting this meeting as a continuity of the Egyptian effective role in sponsoring the peace process in our region.

I also thank His Majesty King Abdullah for his effort and the efforts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, in this regard. And I would like to congratulate His Majesty and Her Majesty Queen Rania with a newborn prince, Hashim, and also congratulate him on his birthday.

إنني هنا في مدينة شرم الشيخ، مدينة السلام، أجدد باسم منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية والسلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية، تمسكنا بمرجعية عملية السلام وقرارات الشرعية الدولية، والاتفاقات الموقعة بين منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية وبين حكومة إسرائيل، وبخطة خارطة الطريق، وأؤكد حرصنا على احترام جميع التزاماتنا وتنفيذ كامل استحقاقاتنا، ولن ندخر أي جهد مستطاع لحماية الفرصة الوليدة للسلام، التي يوفرها ما أعلنا عنه هنا اليوم.

Here in the city of Sharm el-Sheikh, the city of peace, renew on behalf of the Palestinian Liberation Organization, and the Palestinian Authority, our adherence to the terms of reference of the peace process and to the resolutions of international legitimacy and all the resolutions endorsed by the PLO, the Palestinian government, and the government of Israel, and the road map as well.
And also I assert our interest in respecting all our obligations and implementing all our commitments. And will save no effort whatever to protect this newborn opportunity of peace, that is provided through what we have already declared here today

وجه خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز نداء عاجلا لأشقائه من الشعب الفلسطيني , دعاهم فيه إلى تحكيم العقل , وتغليب لغة الحوار على لغة السلاح , مضيفا بأن ما يحدث على ثرى فلسطين الطاهر وصمة عار, لطخت تاريخ الكفاح الوطني المشرف لأبناء الشعب الفلسطيني الذين استشهدوا في سبيل الله لتحرير وطنهم من براثن الاحتلال .

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz called on Palestinian leaders to hold an urgent meeting at the grand mosque in Makkah in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia to discuss their differences. The king called Palestinian brothers for resorting to reason and dominance of language of dialogue over the language of arms, noting that what is happening on the Palestinian land is a disgraceful act which has tarnished the history of honorable national struggle of the Palestinians who have been martyred for the liberation of their homeland from occupation.

إننا إذ نعقد هذه القمة الهامة على أرض غانا.. وإذ نشارك شعبها الاحتفال بمرور خمسين عاماً على استقلاله.. نستعيد بمشاعر الاعتزاز ذكرى نكروما ورواد أفريقيا الأوائل.. نستذكر نماذج الكفاح المشرف الذي خاضته قارتنا الأفريقية من أجل استقلالها وحريتها.. وتتضاعف ثقتنا في أن ما حققناه في نضال قارتنا ضد الاستعمار والعنصرية.. يؤهلنا لنجاح مماثل على طريق التكامل والتنمية.

As we hold this important summit in Ghana and as we share the people of Ghana their celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of their independence, we recall with pride the memory of Nkruma and the early pioneers of Africa together with examples of the honourable struggle our African continent had gone through for its independence and freedom. This redoubles our confidence in that the achievements already made through the struggle by our continent against imperialism and racism qualifies us for similar successes on the road of integration and development.

Intensifying our efforts will lead us to implementing another obligation on the road map, which is resuming the negotiations of the final status in order to end the Israeli occupation that started in 1967, of the Palestinian territory and solving all of the issues pertaining to the final status, Jerusalem, refugees, settlements and other issues which were kept for the final status and negotiations according to the terms of reference in the road map, mentioned in the road map.

إن تكثيف جهودنا لتنفيذ الاستحقاقات سيقودنا إلى التزام آخر من التزامات خارطة الطريق، ألا وهو استئناف مفاوضات الوضع النهائي، بهدف إنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي الذي بدأ العام 1967 للأراضي الفلسطينية، وحل جميع قضايا الوضع النهائي وهي القدس واللاجئين والحدود والمستوطنات والمياه وغيرها من القضايا المحفوظة لمفاوضات الوضع النهائي، وذلك حسب البنود والمرجعيات المذكورة في خارطة الطريق

In this context, I would like to extend my greeting to brother Colonel Mu'ammar al-Gaddafi, Commander of the Libyan Revolution for the constructive proposals he offered, to which Egypt accords all care and attention, for setting up an African union government as a basic and essential pillar for achieving integration between the states and peoples of the Continent. I would like also to stress that the success of our efforts and pursuits requires a sincere pause of self-assessment; to evaluate the steps already taken and achievements and failure implied; to derive lessons from the progress made so far along the road and to identify the coming course ahead.

وإنني ـ في هذا السياق ـ أتوجه بالتحية إلى الأخ العقيد معمر القذافى.. قائد الثورة الليبية.. لما طرحه من مقترحات بناءة.. وتوليها مصر كل العناية والاهتمام.. من أجل إقامة حكومة الاتحاد الأفريقي.. كركيزة أساسية ولازمة لتحقيق التكامل والاندماج بين دول القارة وشعوبها.. كما أود تأكيد أن نجاح جهودنا ومساعينا يتطلب وقفة صادقة مع النفس.. وقفة لتقييم ما اتخذناه من خطوات.. وما انطوت عليه من انجازات وإخفاقات.. وقفة تستخلص دروس الشوط الذي قطعناه على الطريق حتى الآن.. وتحدد مسار الشوط المقبل من مسيرتنا.
