My friend wrote 'our trip shall take place in January 2008. The .. for the trip is as follows'.
He then called asking for help. Is it itinerary or agenda he should use?

Please help him out

If he is going to discuss the plans and the matters related to the trip in a meeting so it is " agenda

".

If he is going to give information about the trip in terms of rout , transportation , sites to visit etc . so it is
