Al – Asmae
Al – Asmae Abu Sa'id Abd al Malik b. Kurayb, Arabic philologist died in 828. Ht name al Asmai is derived from one of his ancestors (Asma). This scholar and his contemporaries Abu Ubaida and Abu Zaid al Ansari constitute a triumvirate to which later philologists owe most of their knowledge about Arabic lexicography and poetry. They were all of them disciples of the leading philologist of Basra Abu Amr b. al-Ala'. An astonishing memory and an unusually critical mind distinguished al Asmae. From his teacher he had taken over also an accurate consciousness of the limits fixed to philological knowledge.
Curiosity
Curiosity seems one of the main motives for novel-reading to which novelists appeal: it is simply a desire to gain new insight for other peoples' lives. It is this same motive which makes it impossible to avoid looking into lighted windows when we pass them in trains. We are all aware that our experience is limited, that we are surrounded by other people, all different from ourselves, some of them with experience fantastically unlike our own-and we want to know about them. Our own means of finding out are restricted, but the novelists, partly by imagination and partly a genuinely wider knowledge of humanity than most of us can acquire, can satisfy this curiosity, give us this wider range of experience. And if he gives us that, we rightly feel a large measure of satisfaction in his work, whether he gives us anything else or not.

Poets Eulogy
Once entered a poet on a king and he asked him to speak, the king said: I accept on conditions. The poet said: what are they? He said: not to flatter me for I know myself better than you, cause if you say the truth, then I already know it, and if you lie on me then you make fun of me.
it was said that when Conrad the third occupied the city of ---- in 1140, he ordered his armies to let the women out carrying with them as much as they can of their baggages. To their astonishment, when the soldiers opened the gate, they saw a very strange sight: each woman carries her husband on her back and goes out. as a result, the king was puzzeled of those women and he granted security to the city.
