( محاولة في فهم مصيبتنا)
توضيح ضروري
بما أن معرفة الداء شرط ضروري لتحديد الدواء، فإنني ككاتب فلسطيني، أسير سابق ومبعد، ما زال منذ 5 حزيران 1969 يحمل في جسده شظايا من العدو (وليس من إخوته والحمد لله!) عندما قمتُ أمام الحرم الإبراهيمي الشريف في مدينة الخليل بطعن ثلاثة جنود إسرائيليين بسيخ كباب صنعته أيام الدراسة الإعدادية..
وبما أنني أقول، أن هذه الشظايا التي أحملها منذ حوالي أربعة عقود، منذ كان عمري 17 عاماً، ولا زالت تؤلمني وتحرقني وأنا كهل، أقول لو كانت هذه الشظايا "من إخوتي!" لكانت تؤلمني أكثر وتحرقني أكثر..
وبما أنني مع أخوتي ورفاقي الأسرى في سجن عسقلان وغيره من السجون الإسرائيلية، كنا نضحك أكثر مما نضحك الآن، ومعنوياتنا آنذاك أعلى مما هي عليه الآن، وتوصَّلنا يا "أبطال الإقتتال" و"عشاق الكراسي" و"ملوك الفصائل" إلى درس باهظ ومرير هو: يكفينا سجن العدو، وعلينا ألا نضيف إلى أغلال العدو أغلالاً نصنعها بأيدينا..
وبما أن هناك الآن إحساس فلسطيني عام، بضروة "المصالحة الوطنية" و"التهدئة الوطنية!" و"الوحدة الوطنية"، بعدما أسلنا دمنا بما فيه الكفاية.. وفضحنا أنفسنا بما فيه الكفاية.. وخيبت الفصائل أمل شعبها بها بما فيه الكفاية.. وارتفعت أعلام الفصائل على حساب علم فلسطين لدرجة المفارقة.. وصدحت الأغاني الفصائلية على حساب النشيد الوطني لدرجة الحزن والتعاسة..
وبما أن الشعب أقوى، وأن الطفل "فارس عودة" يمتلك من الرمزية أكثر مما تملكه كل القيادات الرسمية..
وبما أن زيتون البلاد أبقى من الكراسي.. وسماء فلسطين أكبر من قمصان الفصائل..
ولأن الشعب الفلسطيني سفينة بلا قبطان..
فإنني أقدم حصتي في قراءة الوجع الفلسطيني..
مصيبتنا: قيادتنا!
حتى الآن، لا يوجد للشعب الفلسطيني قيادة بمستوى آلامه وآماله، بمستوى القضية والصراع. هذه المشكلة ـ المعضلة لا يمكن ولا يجوز تجاهلها، إذ ببقائها وإعادة إنتاجها، سيبقى وسيعاد إنتاج مسلسل الخيبة والتبديد للشعب الفلسطيني، ستغدو المعاناة أشد والنزيف أطول.
لم يعد خافياً أن الشعب الفلسطيني، العظيم في ثوراته وصموده وتضحياته، يعاني منذ نشوء قضيته وحتى الآن، من "مرض داخلي" هو مصيبته مع قيادته، علاوة على مصيبته مع الإحتلال. هذا المرض الذي بقي غائراً ومزمناً طوال الوقت، بات بعد الإقتتال الدامي بين حماس وفتح في غزة، كارثياً وضاغطاً وفضائحياً.
أثبتت مسيرة الشعب الفلسطيني أن أكلاف الفشل في "إعرف نفسك" قد طغت على متطلبات "إعرف عدوك"، وأن هذا الشعب المنكوب والمكلوم ما زال يعيش تناقضاً صارخاً بين عدالة الأهداف وقصور الوسائل، وخاصة الإختلال القيادي، ما أدى، بفعل التراكم والتكريس، إلى تدني حيوية القضية الفلسطينية، ونشوء وضع فلسطيني يمكن اختصاره على هذا النحو: شعب "يتقن" الشهادة والموت باختياره ورغماً عنه، وقيادة تعشق الكراسي والإنقسام وبيع الأوهام!
على مدار سنوات كفاحه الطويل، كان للشعب الفلسطيني زعماء وقادة بارزون، من بينهم رموز وطنية تمتعت بـ"كاريزما" أمثال: الحاج أمين الحسيني، أحمد الشقيري، ياسر عرفات، جورج حبش، الشيخ أحمد ياسين... لكن لم ينجح أي من هؤلاء الزعماء، ولم تنجح التنظيمات الفلسطينية، منفردة ومجتمعة، في توليد نهج قيادي وطني توحيدي مؤسساتي، مقابل جبهة الصهيونية المتراصة والمدعومة عالمياً.
إن منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية، التي هي بمثابة هوية ووطن معنوي، هذه المنظمة، على أهميتها، لم تكن منذ نشأتها وحتى الآن مؤسسة ناجحة تقود الشعب الفلسطيني في كفاحه الصعب والمعقد، والسبب هو أنها نجحت في أن تكون ممثلاً للشعب الفلسطيني، لكنها لم تنجح في أن تكون منظِّماً لهذا الشعب، ولهذا ظلت ممثلاً قاصراً وباهتا.
لم تفشل منظمة التحرير في الإضطلاع بالمهمة التي يفترض أن تقوم بها إلا بسبب مكوناتها، وهي بالاساس التنظيمات الفلسطيينة، التي لم تشكل طليعة مجتمعية، رغم انتشار كلمة "الطليعة" في أنظمتها الداخلية، وطغى عليها الطابع الفردي والأبوي والعشائري.
لقد شكلت منظمة التحرير بالنسبة للتنظيمات إطاراً لتقاسم المقاعد والأموال (أو لتوزيعها من قبل التنظيم المهيمن والزعيم الفرد، فتح وأبوعمار) ، هذا ما كانته المنظمة وهذا ما كان يشغل التنظيمات، ولم تكن المنظمة في ذاتها وبسبب ذوات التنظيمات وقياداتها، مؤسسة للتخطيط والنضال، مؤسسة تحصي وتنظم وتفعِّل كل إنسان فلسطيني في أربع رياح الأرض، مثلما سعت وتسعى الحركة الصهيونية إزاء كل يهودي، في فلسطين المحتلة وفي "الدياسبورا".
ثمة علاقة بين فشل القيادة الفلسطينية إزاء شعبها وفشلها إزاء إسرائيل. فهذه القيادة متخلفة عن شعبها، الذي أظهر تفوقاً على قيادته في الإحساس السياسي والأخلاقي إزاء الأهداف الوطنية، وأهمية الوحدة، ورص الصفوف أمام عدو مشترك.
أما فشل القيادة الفلسطينية أمام إسرائيل فلم يحدث إلا لأن هذه القيادة لم تحترم شعبها ولم تتسلح به، وقامت، وهي مجردة من القوة، بالتعويل على أمريكا في "الضغط" على إسرائيل أو في "إقناعها"، وهو تعويل يعبِّر إما عن غباء سياسي أو عجز قيادي أو كليهما، ولم يؤد إلا إلى المزيد من عويل الأمهات الفلسطينيات على فلذات أكبادهن وعلى بيوتهن وحياتهن المقصوفة بأسلحة أمريكية الصنع والقرار!
"الفشل الفلسطيني" أمام العدو الإسرائيلي هو في الجوهر "فشل قيادي"، نتج عن تخلف القيادة الفلسطينية ذاتها وفقر مؤهلاتها، ولم يحدث هذا الفشل لأن الشعب الفلسطيني يفتقر إلى القدرات والطاقات، فهو مشهور بالنسب العالية من التعليم ووفرة الكفاءات في صفوفه، واستعداده الهائل للمواجهة والصمود والتضحية بات تاريخيا ومعروفاً. لكن المسألة هي كيف تعاملت القيادة الفلسطينية مع قدرات وكفاءات وتضحيات الشعب الفلسطيني، وكيف استثمرتها ووظفتها.
الذي يؤلم الشعب الفلسطيني الآن أشد الألم، هو أنه واقع بين وحشية الإحتلال وتعاسة الوضع الفلسطيني. والوضع الراهن يتكشف عن حقيقة باهظة: فلسطين ما عندها كبار!
غير أن الوضع لم يكن على ما يرام في ظل الكبار. في ظل ياسر عرفات كانت هناك مشكلات عويصة، والوحدة الفلسطينية غائبة، والوضع الفلسطيني مأزوم. وفي سنواته الأخيرة كان ثمة سؤال يشغل رأس "حكيم الثورة" جورج حبش، أسس لأجله مركز أبحاث، وهو سؤال: لماذا فشلنا؟!
إبان الانتخابات التشريعية الفلسطينية عام 2006 في فلسطين، والتي جلبت حماس إلى السلطة، كان ثمة أمل بأن تكون هذه الإنتخابات تثقيفاً في الديمقراطية للشعب ولنخبه السياسية، وإنجازاً يبنى عليه لصالح الكيانية الفلسطينية وكرامة الإنسان الفلسطيني.
لم يتحقق هذا الأمل، وحماس التي توسَّم الكثيرون فيها خيراً، كي تنظف "فساد فتح" وترفع من شأن المقاومة، خيبت الآمال، فسلوكها في غزة أظهر "تفوق "السلطوية" على "الجهادية"، وقمعاً وقسوة إزاء "غير الحماسويين"، وهي سياسة إقصائية مقيتة، ليس فقط لانها لا تناسب الشعب الفلسطيني وتعاكس آلامه وآماله، بل لكونها تمثل رسوباً ذريعاً في الأخلاق السياسية والنباهة السيكولوجية، حيث تستدعي على وجه الخصوص المقولة المقيتة لأعدائنا الصهاينة: اليهود و"الغوييم" (غير اليهود)!
أما فتح، فقد تعمق في قيادتها فساد أخطر من الفساد المالي، هو الفساد السياسي الذي لا يزداد فيه العض على السلطة بالنواجز فحسب، بل يطلق العجز أمام الاعداء إلى مداه، ويبيع الشعب أوهاماًعلى شكل آمال، إلى درجة تطليق الهيبة والكرامة!
عندما كان "الإقتتال الحمساوي الفتحاوي" في غزة على أشده، كان الإنسان الفلسطيني المقهور، يهجس: لو كان ياسر عرفات حياً، لو كان الشيخ أحمد ياسين، أو عبد العزيز الرنتيسي حياً... لما حصل ما حصل!
في عالم تندر فيه وتختفي الرموز الكبيرة والزعماء التاريخيون والشخصيات الكاريزمية، فإن شخصاً فرداًً، أو أشخاصاً أفراداً، مهما كبر وكبروا، وحتى لو كانوا رموزاً وتاريخيين وكاريزميين لا يمكن أن يضمنوا بعد رحيلهم مستقبلاً سعيداً، استقراراً راسخاً، أمناً وأماناً، حُلما طليقاً، ورغيفاً كريماً لأممهم وشعوبهم إذا كانوا يستأثرون بكل المفاتيح، ولا يرون إلاّ أنفسهم، وإذا لم يبنوا مؤسسات، ويهيئوا غيرهم، ويتواضعوا أمام البيولوجيا، ويحترموا التوارث والتراكم، ويحترموا الحياة. في هذه الحال، يصبح الوضع مفتوحاً على كل الإحتمالات، ويغدو وارداً أن يأتي "أسوأ خلف لأفضل سلف" أو يأتي الأسؤأ الذي يجعلنا نحنُّ إلى الأقل سوءاً.
عندما يرى الجميع ما يحدث بين "سلطة رام الله" و "حماس غزة" من مناكفات ومهاترات ومهازل وتمترس في المواقف الفصائلية على حساب المصلحة الوطنية، وبعد لقاءات عديدة للمصالحة في مكة، واليمن، والقاهرة، والسنغال... فقد تبين أن السلطة وحماس قد جعلتا من التناقض بينهما تناقضاً رئيسياً، وجعلتا التناقض مع الإحتلال تناقضاً ثانوياً، أو تناقضاً ملغياً. هذا التموضع للتناقضات، الناتج عن مصالح وتجاذبات معينة، لا عن جهل في قراءة التناقضات الحقيقية للواقع وللصراع، إنما يسيء أشد الإساءة لقضيتنا الوطنية، ويطيل أمد شقاء الشعب الفلسطيني بدل أن يعمل على اختصاره ووضع حد له!
ربما يُعاقَب الشعب الفلسطيني برمته (كأي شعب) بالمعنى التاريخي، وبأثر رجعي، حين لا يمتلك بنية قوية، لانه لم يعرف كيف يختار وكيف يحاسِب، لم ينظر جيداً في المرآة، لم يلتفت إلى الشقوق في الوقت المناسب، ولم يحمل المبضع ويهرع إلى مواضع الفساد في الوقت الرخيص.
وهناك حقيقية مُرَّة هي: إن عدالة القضية لا تكفي لنصرتها، وأن بؤس القيادة وبؤس الوسائل يمكن أن "يبهدل" أعدل قضية!
وحتى يصح الصحيح، باختراق يأتي من البنية السائدة، أو من تفاعل بين المجالات والعناصر، داخلية وخارجية، ربما يحتاج الفلسطينيون إلى زمن ليس بالقصير، زمن من الخواء والتبديد والألم الممض، حتى يعبروا هذا الظلام.
هذا بالمعنى التاريخي، والحكمة تبعث على الحزن. أما الآن فإنه لألمٌ يهصرُ هصراً، أن يغدو الشعب الفلسطيني سفينة بلا قبطان، له "زعماء" ينجذبون إلى الكراسي.. لا إلى زيتون البلاد.
وبينما التشظي في الوضع الفلسطيني على أشده، ويستمر استهتار القيادة بمصالح شعبها، نجد إسرائيل تبني المزيد من المستوطنات، تسحب الأرض من تحت الفلسطينيين، وتقتل المزيد منهم، بصور وأساليب شتى.
في زمن مضى، كانت القضية الفلسطينية مركز ثقل وجاذبية للعالم العربي، وجسراً لأحلام المناضلين العرب، أما الآن فقد بهتت هذه القضية، وبهت العالم العربي، وانكسرت أحلام المناضلين. صحيح أن الوضع الفلسطيني والوضع العربي يتبادلان التأثير سلباً وإيجاباً، إلا أنه نوعٌ من التنصل أن يتم التذرع بالوضع العربي، أو العالمي، في مقاربة بؤس الحالة الفلسطينية، إذ أن البنية الداخلية تبقى هي الأساس، وعلى الفلسطينيين تنطبق جيداً الحكمة القائلة: القلاع لا تقتحم إلا من الداخل!

Necessary Clarification
(An attempt to understand our misfortune)
Since the disease is necessary knowledge to identify the drug, I am as a Palestinian writer , former prisoner and deportee , , still since 5th June, 1967 carries shrapnels in my body from my enemy (and not of brothers , thanks to God!) When in front of Al-Ibrahimi Mosque stabbed three Jewish soldiers in Hebron using kebab skewer made by my while studying in the preparatory stage.
As I say, these shrapnels, which were in my body for nearly four decades, since I was 17years, and still hurts while I'm an old man now, I would say if these shrapnels were from my brothers, it would hurt more and pain more.
Since I was with my brothers and my fellow prisoners in Askelan prison and in other Israeli prisons, we laughed more than now, our morale was higher than it is now, - addressing heroes of fighting, lovers of chairs and kings of factions - we have got an expensive and bitter lesson, and we must not add shackles made by us to enemy's.
Since there is now a general Palestinian feeling towards the necessity of "the national reconciliation", "national appeasement!" and "national unity" after we got our blood bled , exposed ourselves and the factions disappointed the people to an enough extent.. and factions flags have been raised higher instead of Palestine flag to the separation extent.. and factions songs blared instead of Palestinian national anthem to the extent of sadness and misery.
As the people are more powerful, and the child "Faris O'uda has symbolism more than all the formal leaders, and as the Olive is more permanent than the positions... Palestine and the sky are bigger than the factions and because the Palestinian people are ship without captain,
I introduce my share in the Palestinian pain reading.
Our Misfortune: Our Leadership!
So far, there is no Palestinian leadership for the people at the level of pains and hopes, and at the level of issue and conflict.
This dilemma, can not be ignored, it's continuity and reproduction will cause repeat the series of disappointment and waste of Palestinian people and suffering will get harder and the bleeding will get longer.
It is no secret that the Palestinian people, who is great in repels ,steadfastness and sacrifices, has been suffering since the beginning of the issue till now from an "internal disease" which his misfortune with the leadership, in addition to his misfortune with the occupation. This disease, which has remained chronic along the time, became after bloody fighting between Hamas and Fatah in Gaza, catastrophic, pressing and scandalsly.
The Palestinian March proved that the failure costs of "Know Yourself" have dominated the requirements of "know your enemy," and that the afflicted and wounded people still live in flagrant contradiction between the justice of goals and be inadequacy of means, particularly the imbalance of command, which led, as a result of the accumulation and dedication ,to a decrease of vitality of Palestinian issue, and to a creation of Palestinian situation can be shortened as: "the people mastered the myrtership and death at his choice and by force and leadership loves chairs and division and sells fantasies!
Over the years of long struggle, there were prominent Palestinian leaders, including national symbols revealing "charisma" such as: AL Haj Amin Al Husseini, Ahmed Shuqairi, Yasser Arafat, George Habash, Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, but any of those and any of the Palestinian organizations didn't sucssed individually or collectively to generate a unifying, national, institutional and leading approach comparing to the Zionist frontier which is compacted and globally supported.
The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), which is a moral identity and homeland, this organization, though important, was not ,since its inception date, a successful leader to the Palestinian people in their difficult and complex conflict, and the reason beyond this is that it succeed to be a representative of the Palestinian people, but did not succeed to be an organizer for the people, and so it was disable and lackluster representative.
Liberation Organization failed to achieve the mission which it was assumed to carry because of its components, namely the Palestinian organizations, which did not form the vanguard of community, despite the proliferation of the word "vanguard" in the internal regulations, dominated by the paternal, individual and tribal nature.
PLO formed the framework for organizations to share positions and money (or for distribution by the dominant faction and the individual leader, Fatah and Abu Ammar), that what the organization was and this is what the factions were engaged in, the organization was not in itself and because of the leaders of the organizations, the organization wasn't an establishment for planning and struggle and it didn't organize and activate all Palestinians throughout the world comparing with the Zionist movement towards all Jewish in occupied Palestine and in Diaspora .
There is a relationship between the failure of the Palestinian leadership opposite its people and its failure opposite Israel. This command is behind its people, who have demonstrated superior leadership in the political and moral sense towards national goals, and the importance of unity and close ranks against a common enemy.
The failure of the Palestinian leadership opposite Israel happened because the leadership did not respect its people and did not arm with it and depend, while disarmed, on America to press on or convince Israel, this reliance reflects either political stupidity or deficit leadership, or both, and led to more of Palestinian mothers' weeping their sons, their homes and lives devastated by US-made weapons and resolutions!
"Palestinian failure" to the Israeli enemy is, in essence, "the failure of leadership", resulted in the failure of the Palestinian leadership itself and the shortage of their qualifications, and this failure didn't take place because the Palestinian people lack the capacity and capabilities, on the contrary, it is known with high rates of education and abundance of qualifications in its ranks and willingness to confront, steadfastness and sacrifice are historically known.
But the issue is that how the Palestinian leadership dealt with the abilities , skills and sacrifices of the Palestinian people, and how it invested and employed it .
What hurts the Palestinian people now, the hardest pain, is that it is falling between occupation brutal and the misery of the Palestinian situation. The status quo proves an expensive truth: Palestine doesn't have respected leaders.
However, the situation was not very well under the ruling of the leaders. Under Yasser Arafat there were complex problems, and Palestinian unity was absent, and the Palestinian situation is still in dire straits. In his last years there was a question in the head of Revolution Wiseman "George Habash"; he founded a Research Center to answer it: Why did we fail?!
During the Palestinian legislative elections in 2006 in Palestine, this brought democracy to the people and to the political elite, and an achievement for the benefit of Palestinian entity and Palestinian human dignity.
This hope was not achieved, and Hamas, which was thought by many of the good, to clean "corruption of Fatah" and strengthens the resistance, disappointed hopes, its conducts in Gaza showed the superiority of authoritarian on jihad ", and harshness and suppression towards the" non-hamasiyon ", this is an exclusionary and abhorrent policy not only because it does not suit the Palestinian people and hinder their hopes and pains, but it represents absolute failure in the political morality and psychological gumption, which recalls abhorrent saying for the Zionist enemies: Jewish and "Algoyem" (non-Jewish)!
As for Fatah ,a more serious corruption than the financial one in its leadership has been deepened ,which is the political corruption in which they not only strongly adhere to the authority, but also they have gone too far in showing the defect to the enemies and sell the people illusions and hopes to the extent of divorcing the dignity and prestige .
When the "fighting between Fatah and Hamas" in Gaza was at its peak, the oppressed Palestinian said to himself: If Yasser Arafat was alive, if Sheik Ahmed Yassin, Abdel Aziz Rantisi were alive ... "the same thing wouldn't happen"!
In a world of scarce and disappearing of great symbols , historicians and charismatic personalities, one individual person or individual persons , regardless of to what extent they grown up even if they were symbols, historic leaders or charismatic ,can't guarantee after they pass away a prosperous future, firmly stability, secure and safety , free dream and a nice loaf for their nations and peoples if they account for all keys, and they see only themselves, if they didn't build institutions , prepare others, get humble before biology, respect the accumulation and inheritance, and respect life. In this case, the situation becomes open to all possibilities, and becomes an option that is "worst offspring follows best ancestor" or the worst comes to us to make us less badly.
When everyone sees what is happening between "the power of Ramallah," and Hamas "in Gaza," from protests, insults, farces and digging in factional attitudes against the national interest, and after numerous meetings for reconciliation in Mecca, Yemen, Egypt, Senegal ... it has been found that the Authority and Hamas have made a major contradiction between them, and they made a minor or canceled contradiction with the occupation. This positioning of contradictions, resulting from certain interests and enticements, not from ignorance of reading the real contradictions in the reality and the conflict , would cause more harm to our national issue, and prolong the misery of the Palestinian people instead of shortening suffering an putting an end to it!
The whole Palestinian people may be punished (like any other people) in the historical meaning, retroactively, since it doesn't have a strong construction, because it did not know how to choose and how to punish, it didn't investigate the mirror thoroughly, it didn't pay attention to the cracks in a timely manner and it didn't take scalpel rush to corruption places during the calm time.
There is a painful truth: The justice of the issue is not enough to support it, and the misery of poor leadership and means could insult fairest issue!
To get the thing in a right manner by penetration comes from the prevailing structure, or interaction between the areas and elements, internally and externally, Palestinians may need some time, a time of emptiness and waste and painful pain, to cross darkness.
This in the historical sense and wisdom is saddening.
Now it is paining severely that the Palestinian people becomes a ship without a captain and leaders attracted to the chairs... not to the country olive.
While fragmentation in the Palestinian situation is at its peak and the leadership continues to disregard the interests of its people, Israel builds more settlements, confiscate the land from the Palestinians, and kill more of them in various ways and methods.
At a time before, the Palestinian issue was the center of gravity and the attractiveness of the Arab world and a bridge to the dreams of Arab fighters, but now it has faded away and the Arab world and dreams of fighters warmed down too and the dreams of fighters broke down.
It is true that the Palestinian and the Arab situations influence each other positively and negatively, but it is a kind of repudiation to be invoked by the Arab or by the international situation in handling the misery of the Palestinian case, because the internal structure remains the basis and a good adage applies to the Palestinians:" castles are assaulted from inside only ".

وبما أنني أقول، أن هذه الشظايا التي أحملها منذ حوالي أربعة عقود، منذ كان عمري 17 عاماً، ولا زالت تؤلمني وتحرقني وأنا كهل، أقول لو كانت هذه الشظايا "من إخوتي!" لكانت تؤلمني أكثر وتحرقني أكثر..
وبما أنني مع أخوتي ورفاقي الأسرى في سجن عسقلان وغيره من السجون الإسرائيلية، كنا نضحك أكثر مما نضحك الآن، ومعنوياتنا آنذاك أعلى مما هي عليه الآن، وتوصَّلنا يا "أبطال الإقتتال" و"عشاق الكراسي" و"ملوك الفصائل" إلى درس باهظ ومرير هو: يكفينا سجن العدو، وعلينا ألا نضيف إلى أغلال العدو أغلالاً نصنعها بأيدينا..
وبما أن هناك الآن إحساس فلسطيني عام، بضروة "المصالحة الوطنية" و"التهدئة الوطنية!" و"الوحدة الوطنية"، بعدما أسلنا دمنا بما فيه الكفاية.. وفضحنا أنفسنا بما فيه الكفاية.. وخيبت الفصائل أمل شعبها بها بما فيه الكفاية.. وارتفعت أعلام الفصائل على حساب علم فلسطين لدرجة المفارقة.. وصدحت الأغاني الفصائلية على حساب النشيد الوطني لدرجة الحزن والتعاسة..
وبما أن الشعب أقوى، وأن الطفل "فارس عودة" يمتلك من الرمزية أكثر مما تملكه كل القيادات الرسمية..
وبما أن زيتون البلاد أبقى من الكراسي.. وسماء فلسطين أكبر من قمصان الفصائل..
ولأن الشعب الفلسطيني سفينة بلا قبطان..
فإنني أقدم حصتي في قراءة الوجع الفلسطيني..
مصيبتنا: قيادتنا!
حتى الآن، لا يوجد للشعب الفلسطيني قيادة بمستوى آلامه وآماله، بمستوى القضية والصراع. هذه المشكلة ـ المعضلة لا يمكن ولا يجوز تجاهلها، إذ ببقائها وإعادة إنتاجها، سيبقى وسيعاد إنتاج مسلسل الخيبة والتبديد للشعب الفلسطيني، ستغدو المعاناة أشد والنزيف أطول.
لم يعد خافياً أن الشعب الفلسطيني، العظيم في ثوراته وصموده وتضحياته، يعاني منذ نشوء قضيته وحتى الآن، من "مرض داخلي" هو مصيبته مع قيادته، علاوة على مصيبته مع الإحتلال. هذا المرض الذي بقي غائراً ومزمناً طوال الوقت، بات بعد الإقتتال الدامي بين حماس وفتح في غزة، كارثياً وضاغطاً وفضائحياً.
أثبتت مسيرة الشعب الفلسطيني أن أكلاف الفشل في "إعرف نفسك" قد طغت على متطلبات "إعرف عدوك"، وأن هذا الشعب المنكوب والمكلوم ما زال يعيش تناقضاً صارخاً بين عدالة الأهداف وقصور الوسائل، وخاصة الإختلال القيادي، ما أدى، بفعل التراكم والتكريس، إلى تدني حيوية القضية الفلسطينية، ونشوء وضع فلسطيني يمكن اختصاره على هذا النحو: شعب "يتقن" الشهادة والموت باختياره ورغماً عنه، وقيادة تعشق الكراسي والإنقسام وبيع الأوهام!
على مدار سنوات كفاحه الطويل، كان للشعب الفلسطيني زعماء وقادة بارزون، من بينهم رموز وطنية تمتعت بـ"كاريزما" أمثال: الحاج أمين الحسيني، أحمد الشقيري، ياسر عرفات، جورج حبش، الشيخ أحمد ياسين... لكن لم ينجح أي من هؤلاء الزعماء، ولم تنجح التنظيمات الفلسطينية، منفردة ومجتمعة، في توليد نهج قيادي وطني توحيدي مؤسساتي، مقابل جبهة الصهيونية المتراصة والمدعومة عالمياً.
إن منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية، التي هي بمثابة هوية ووطن معنوي، هذه المنظمة، على أهميتها، لم تكن منذ نشأتها وحتى الآن مؤسسة ناجحة تقود الشعب الفلسطيني في كفاحه الصعب والمعقد، والسبب هو أنها نجحت في أن تكون ممثلاً للشعب الفلسطيني، لكنها لم تنجح في أن تكون منظِّماً لهذا الشعب، ولهذا ظلت ممثلاً قاصراً وباهتا.
لم تفشل منظمة التحرير في الإضطلاع بالمهمة التي يفترض أن تقوم بها إلا بسبب مكوناتها، وهي بالاساس التنظيمات الفلسطيينة، التي لم تشكل طليعة مجتمعية، رغم انتشار كلمة "الطليعة" في أنظمتها الداخلية، وطغى عليها الطابع الفردي والأبوي والعشائري.
لقد شكلت منظمة التحرير بالنسبة للتنظيمات إطاراً لتقاسم المقاعد والأموال (أو لتوزيعها من قبل التنظيم المهيمن والزعيم الفرد، فتح وأبوعمار) ، هذا ما كانته المنظمة وهذا ما كان يشغل التنظيمات، ولم تكن المنظمة في ذاتها وبسبب ذوات التنظيمات وقياداتها، مؤسسة للتخطيط والنضال، مؤسسة تحصي وتنظم وتفعِّل كل إنسان فلسطيني في أربع رياح الأرض، مثلما سعت وتسعى الحركة الصهيونية إزاء كل يهودي، في فلسطين المحتلة وفي "الدياسبورا".
ثمة علاقة بين فشل القيادة الفلسطينية إزاء شعبها وفشلها إزاء إسرائيل. فهذه القيادة متخلفة عن شعبها، الذي أظهر تفوقاً على قيادته في الإحساس السياسي والأخلاقي إزاء الأهداف الوطنية، وأهمية الوحدة، ورص الصفوف أمام عدو مشترك.
أما فشل القيادة الفلسطينية أمام إسرائيل فلم يحدث إلا لأن هذه القيادة لم تحترم شعبها ولم تتسلح به، وقامت، وهي مجردة من القوة، بالتعويل على أمريكا في "الضغط" على إسرائيل أو في "إقناعها"، وهو تعويل يعبِّر إما عن غباء سياسي أو عجز قيادي أو كليهما، ولم يؤد إلا إلى المزيد من عويل الأمهات الفلسطينيات على فلذات أكبادهن وعلى بيوتهن وحياتهن المقصوفة بأسلحة أمريكية الصنع والقرار!
"الفشل الفلسطيني" أمام العدو الإسرائيلي هو في الجوهر "فشل قيادي"، نتج عن تخلف القيادة الفلسطينية ذاتها وفقر مؤهلاتها، ولم يحدث هذا الفشل لأن الشعب الفلسطيني يفتقر إلى القدرات والطاقات، فهو مشهور بالنسب العالية من التعليم ووفرة الكفاءات في صفوفه، واستعداده الهائل للمواجهة والصمود والتضحية بات تاريخيا ومعروفاً. لكن المسألة هي كيف تعاملت القيادة الفلسطينية مع قدرات وكفاءات وتضحيات الشعب الفلسطيني، وكيف استثمرتها ووظفتها.
الذي يؤلم الشعب الفلسطيني الآن أشد الألم، هو أنه واقع بين وحشية الإحتلال وتعاسة الوضع الفلسطيني. والوضع الراهن يتكشف عن حقيقة باهظة: فلسطين ما عندها كبار!
غير أن الوضع لم يكن على ما يرام في ظل الكبار. في ظل ياسر عرفات كانت هناك مشكلات عويصة، والوحدة الفلسطينية غائبة، والوضع الفلسطيني مأزوم. وفي سنواته الأخيرة كان ثمة سؤال يشغل رأس "حكيم الثورة" جورج حبش، أسس لأجله مركز أبحاث، وهو سؤال: لماذا فشلنا؟!
إبان الانتخابات التشريعية الفلسطينية عام 2006 في فلسطين، والتي جلبت حماس إلى السلطة، كان ثمة أمل بأن تكون هذه الإنتخابات تثقيفاً في الديمقراطية للشعب ولنخبه السياسية، وإنجازاً يبنى عليه لصالح الكيانية الفلسطينية وكرامة الإنسان الفلسطيني.
لم يتحقق هذا الأمل، وحماس التي توسَّم الكثيرون فيها خيراً، كي تنظف "فساد فتح" وترفع من شأن المقاومة، خيبت الآمال، فسلوكها في غزة أظهر "تفوق "السلطوية" على "الجهادية"، وقمعاً وقسوة إزاء "غير الحماسويين"، وهي سياسة إقصائية مقيتة، ليس فقط لانها لا تناسب الشعب الفلسطيني وتعاكس آلامه وآماله، بل لكونها تمثل رسوباً ذريعاً في الأخلاق السياسية والنباهة السيكولوجية، حيث تستدعي على وجه الخصوص المقولة المقيتة لأعدائنا الصهاينة: اليهود و"الغوييم" (غير اليهود)!
أما فتح، فقد تعمق في قيادتها فساد أخطر من الفساد المالي، هو الفساد السياسي الذي لا يزداد فيه العض على السلطة بالنواجز فحسب، بل يطلق العجز أمام الاعداء إلى مداه، ويبيع الشعب أوهاماًعلى شكل آمال، إلى درجة تطليق الهيبة والكرامة!
عندما كان "الإقتتال الحمساوي الفتحاوي" في غزة على أشده، كان الإنسان الفلسطيني المقهور، يهجس: لو كان ياسر عرفات حياً، لو كان الشيخ أحمد ياسين، أو عبد العزيز الرنتيسي حياً... لما حصل ما حصل!
في عالم تندر فيه وتختفي الرموز الكبيرة والزعماء التاريخيون والشخصيات الكاريزمية، فإن شخصاً فرداًً، أو أشخاصاً أفراداً، مهما كبر وكبروا، وحتى لو كانوا رموزاً وتاريخيين وكاريزميين لا يمكن أن يضمنوا بعد رحيلهم مستقبلاً سعيداً، استقراراً راسخاً، أمناً وأماناً، حُلما طليقاً، ورغيفاً كريماً لأممهم وشعوبهم إذا كانوا يستأثرون بكل المفاتيح، ولا يرون إلاّ أنفسهم، وإذا لم يبنوا مؤسسات، ويهيئوا غيرهم، ويتواضعوا أمام البيولوجيا، ويحترموا التوارث والتراكم، ويحترموا الحياة. في هذه الحال، يصبح الوضع مفتوحاً على كل الإحتمالات، ويغدو وارداً أن يأتي "أسوأ خلف لأفضل سلف" أو يأتي الأسؤأ الذي يجعلنا نحنُّ إلى الأقل سوءاً.
عندما يرى الجميع ما يحدث بين "سلطة رام الله" و "حماس غزة" من مناكفات ومهاترات ومهازل وتمترس في المواقف الفصائلية على حساب المصلحة الوطنية، وبعد لقاءات عديدة للمصالحة في مكة، واليمن، والقاهرة، والسنغال... فقد تبين أن السلطة وحماس قد جعلتا من التناقض بينهما تناقضاً رئيسياً، وجعلتا التناقض مع الإحتلال تناقضاً ثانوياً، أو تناقضاً ملغياً. هذا التموضع للتناقضات، الناتج عن مصالح وتجاذبات معينة، لا عن جهل في قراءة التناقضات الحقيقية للواقع وللصراع، إنما يسيء أشد الإساءة لقضيتنا الوطنية، ويطيل أمد شقاء الشعب الفلسطيني بدل أن يعمل على اختصاره ووضع حد له!
ربما يُعاقَب الشعب الفلسطيني برمته (كأي شعب) بالمعنى التاريخي، وبأثر رجعي، حين لا يمتلك بنية قوية، لانه لم يعرف كيف يختار وكيف يحاسِب، لم ينظر جيداً في المرآة، لم يلتفت إلى الشقوق في الوقت المناسب، ولم يحمل المبضع ويهرع إلى مواضع الفساد في الوقت الرخيص.
وهناك حقيقية مُرَّة هي: إن عدالة القضية لا تكفي لنصرتها، وأن بؤس القيادة وبؤس الوسائل يمكن أن "يبهدل" أعدل قضية!
وحتى يصح الصحيح، باختراق يأتي من البنية السائدة، أو من تفاعل بين المجالات والعناصر، داخلية وخارجية، ربما يحتاج الفلسطينيون إلى زمن ليس بالقصير، زمن من الخواء والتبديد والألم الممض، حتى يعبروا هذا الظلام.
هذا بالمعنى التاريخي، والحكمة تبعث على الحزن. أما الآن فإنه لألمٌ يهصرُ هصراً، أن يغدو الشعب الفلسطيني سفينة بلا قبطان، له "زعماء" ينجذبون إلى الكراسي.. لا إلى زيتون البلاد.
وبينما التشظي في الوضع الفلسطيني على أشده، ويستمر استهتار القيادة بمصالح شعبها، نجد إسرائيل تبني المزيد من المستوطنات، تسحب الأرض من تحت الفلسطينيين، وتقتل المزيد منهم، بصور وأساليب شتى.
في زمن مضى، كانت القضية الفلسطينية مركز ثقل وجاذبية للعالم العربي، وجسراً لأحلام المناضلين العرب، أما الآن فقد بهتت هذه القضية، وبهت العالم العربي، وانكسرت أحلام المناضلين. صحيح أن الوضع الفلسطيني والوضع العربي يتبادلان التأثير سلباً وإيجاباً، إلا أنه نوعٌ من التنصل أن يتم التذرع بالوضع العربي، أو العالمي، في مقاربة بؤس الحالة الفلسطينية، إذ أن البنية الداخلية تبقى هي الأساس، وعلى الفلسطينيين تنطبق جيداً الحكمة القائلة: القلاع لا تقتحم إلا من الداخل!

Necessary Clarification
(An attempt to understand our misfortune)
Since the disease is necessary knowledge to identify the drug, I am as a Palestinian writer , former prisoner and deportee , , still since 5th June, 1967 carries shrapnels in my body from my enemy (and not of brothers , thanks to God!) When in front of Al-Ibrahimi Mosque stabbed three Jewish soldiers in Hebron using kebab skewer made by my while studying in the preparatory stage.
As I say, these shrapnels, which were in my body for nearly four decades, since I was 17years, and still hurts while I'm an old man now, I would say if these shrapnels were from my brothers, it would hurt more and pain more.
Since I was with my brothers and my fellow prisoners in Askelan prison and in other Israeli prisons, we laughed more than now, our morale was higher than it is now, - addressing heroes of fighting, lovers of chairs and kings of factions - we have got an expensive and bitter lesson, and we must not add shackles made by us to enemy's.
Since there is now a general Palestinian feeling towards the necessity of "the national reconciliation", "national appeasement!" and "national unity" after we got our blood bled , exposed ourselves and the factions disappointed the people to an enough extent.. and factions flags have been raised higher instead of Palestine flag to the separation extent.. and factions songs blared instead of Palestinian national anthem to the extent of sadness and misery.
As the people are more powerful, and the child "Faris O'uda has symbolism more than all the formal leaders, and as the Olive is more permanent than the positions... Palestine and the sky are bigger than the factions and because the Palestinian people are ship without captain,

Our Misfortune: Our Leadership!
So far, there is no Palestinian leadership for the people at the level of pains and hopes, and at the level of issue and conflict.
This dilemma, can not be ignored, it's continuity and reproduction will cause repeat the series of disappointment and waste of Palestinian people and suffering will get harder and the bleeding will get longer.
It is no secret that the Palestinian people, who is great in repels ,steadfastness and sacrifices, has been suffering since the beginning of the issue till now from an "internal disease" which his misfortune with the leadership, in addition to his misfortune with the occupation. This disease, which has remained chronic along the time, became after bloody fighting between Hamas and Fatah in Gaza, catastrophic, pressing and scandalsly.
The Palestinian March proved that the failure costs of "Know Yourself" have dominated the requirements of "know your enemy," and that the afflicted and wounded people still live in flagrant contradiction between the justice of goals and be inadequacy of means, particularly the imbalance of command, which led, as a result of the accumulation and dedication ,to a decrease of vitality of Palestinian issue, and to a creation of Palestinian situation can be shortened as: "the people mastered the myrtership and death at his choice and by force and leadership loves chairs and division and sells fantasies!
Over the years of long struggle, there were prominent Palestinian leaders, including national symbols revealing "charisma" such as: AL Haj Amin Al Husseini, Ahmed Shuqairi, Yasser Arafat, George Habash, Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, but any of those and any of the Palestinian organizations didn't sucssed individually or collectively to generate a unifying, national, institutional and leading approach comparing to the Zionist frontier which is compacted and globally supported.
The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), which is a moral identity and homeland, this organization, though important, was not ,since its inception date, a successful leader to the Palestinian people in their difficult and complex conflict, and the reason beyond this is that it succeed to be a representative of the Palestinian people, but did not succeed to be an organizer for the people, and so it was disable and lackluster representative.
Liberation Organization failed to achieve the mission which it was assumed to carry because of its components, namely the Palestinian organizations, which did not form the vanguard of community, despite the proliferation of the word "vanguard" in the internal regulations, dominated by the paternal, individual and tribal nature.
PLO formed the framework for organizations to share positions and money (or for distribution by the dominant faction and the individual leader, Fatah and Abu Ammar), that what the organization was and this is what the factions were engaged in, the organization was not in itself and because of the leaders of the organizations, the organization wasn't an establishment for planning and struggle and it didn't organize and activate all Palestinians throughout the world comparing with the Zionist movement towards all Jewish in occupied Palestine and in Diaspora .
There is a relationship between the failure of the Palestinian leadership opposite its people and its failure opposite Israel. This command is behind its people, who have demonstrated superior leadership in the political and moral sense towards national goals, and the importance of unity and close ranks against a common enemy.
The failure of the Palestinian leadership opposite Israel happened because the leadership did not respect its people and did not arm with it and depend, while disarmed, on America to press on or convince Israel, this reliance reflects either political stupidity or deficit leadership, or both, and led to more of Palestinian mothers' weeping their sons, their homes and lives devastated by US-made weapons and resolutions!
"Palestinian failure" to the Israeli enemy is, in essence, "the failure of leadership", resulted in the failure of the Palestinian leadership itself and the shortage of their qualifications, and this failure didn't take place because the Palestinian people lack the capacity and capabilities, on the contrary, it is known with high rates of education and abundance of qualifications in its ranks and willingness to confront, steadfastness and sacrifice are historically known.
But the issue is that how the Palestinian leadership dealt with the abilities , skills and sacrifices of the Palestinian people, and how it invested and employed it .
What hurts the Palestinian people now, the hardest pain, is that it is falling between occupation brutal and the misery of the Palestinian situation. The status quo proves an expensive truth: Palestine doesn't have respected leaders.
However, the situation was not very well under the ruling of the leaders. Under Yasser Arafat there were complex problems, and Palestinian unity was absent, and the Palestinian situation is still in dire straits. In his last years there was a question in the head of Revolution Wiseman "George Habash"; he founded a Research Center to answer it: Why did we fail?!
During the Palestinian legislative elections in 2006 in Palestine, this brought democracy to the people and to the political elite, and an achievement for the benefit of Palestinian entity and Palestinian human dignity.
This hope was not achieved, and Hamas, which was thought by many of the good, to clean "corruption of Fatah" and strengthens the resistance, disappointed hopes, its conducts in Gaza showed the superiority of authoritarian on jihad ", and harshness and suppression towards the" non-hamasiyon ", this is an exclusionary and abhorrent policy not only because it does not suit the Palestinian people and hinder their hopes and pains, but it represents absolute failure in the political morality and psychological gumption, which recalls abhorrent saying for the Zionist enemies: Jewish and "Algoyem" (non-Jewish)!
As for Fatah ,a more serious corruption than the financial one in its leadership has been deepened ,which is the political corruption in which they not only strongly adhere to the authority, but also they have gone too far in showing the defect to the enemies and sell the people illusions and hopes to the extent of divorcing the dignity and prestige .
When the "fighting between Fatah and Hamas" in Gaza was at its peak, the oppressed Palestinian said to himself: If Yasser Arafat was alive, if Sheik Ahmed Yassin, Abdel Aziz Rantisi were alive ... "the same thing wouldn't happen"!
In a world of scarce and disappearing of great symbols , historicians and charismatic personalities, one individual person or individual persons , regardless of to what extent they grown up even if they were symbols, historic leaders or charismatic ,can't guarantee after they pass away a prosperous future, firmly stability, secure and safety , free dream and a nice loaf for their nations and peoples if they account for all keys, and they see only themselves, if they didn't build institutions , prepare others, get humble before biology, respect the accumulation and inheritance, and respect life. In this case, the situation becomes open to all possibilities, and becomes an option that is "worst offspring follows best ancestor" or the worst comes to us to make us less badly.
When everyone sees what is happening between "the power of Ramallah," and Hamas "in Gaza," from protests, insults, farces and digging in factional attitudes against the national interest, and after numerous meetings for reconciliation in Mecca, Yemen, Egypt, Senegal ... it has been found that the Authority and Hamas have made a major contradiction between them, and they made a minor or canceled contradiction with the occupation. This positioning of contradictions, resulting from certain interests and enticements, not from ignorance of reading the real contradictions in the reality and the conflict , would cause more harm to our national issue, and prolong the misery of the Palestinian people instead of shortening suffering an putting an end to it!
The whole Palestinian people may be punished (like any other people) in the historical meaning, retroactively, since it doesn't have a strong construction, because it did not know how to choose and how to punish, it didn't investigate the mirror thoroughly, it didn't pay attention to the cracks in a timely manner and it didn't take scalpel rush to corruption places during the calm time.
There is a painful truth: The justice of the issue is not enough to support it, and the misery of poor leadership and means could insult fairest issue!
To get the thing in a right manner by penetration comes from the prevailing structure, or interaction between the areas and elements, internally and externally, Palestinians may need some time, a time of emptiness and waste and painful pain, to cross darkness.
This in the historical sense and wisdom is saddening.
Now it is paining severely that the Palestinian people becomes a ship without a captain and leaders attracted to the chairs... not to the country olive.
While fragmentation in the Palestinian situation is at its peak and the leadership continues to disregard the interests of its people, Israel builds more settlements, confiscate the land from the Palestinians, and kill more of them in various ways and methods.
At a time before, the Palestinian issue was the center of gravity and the attractiveness of the Arab world and a bridge to the dreams of Arab fighters, but now it has faded away and the Arab world and dreams of fighters warmed down too and the dreams of fighters broke down.
It is true that the Palestinian and the Arab situations influence each other positively and negatively, but it is a kind of repudiation to be invoked by the Arab or by the international situation in handling the misery of the Palestinian case, because the internal structure remains the basis and a good adage applies to the Palestinians:" castles are assaulted from inside only ".
