بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

هذا كتابٌ اكتـتـبه أبو محمد جمال بن عمار الأحمر؛ سليلُ بني الأحمر، ملوكِ الأندلسِ، إلى خوان كارلوس؛ ملكِ الأسبانِ
أحـمُـد إليك اللهَ الذي لا إلهَ إلا هو؛ يخلُـق الناسَ مِـن نَـفس واحدة؛ ويُـحـيِي الأرضَ بَـعد مَـوتِـها، وإلَـيهِ الـنُّـشور؛ ويَـبعثُ في كُلِّ عَـصر عِـبادا له من أُمَّـتِه؛ عُلماءَ وأُمراءَ، يَـجعلُهم مُـنَـاجِـزِين لظالميها عن حُـقوقِـهم، ومُـقَـارعين لِغَالِبيها عَن دِيـنِـهم ومِـلَّـتِهم، لا يَـألُـون في ذلك حِـرصـًا وطـلَـبـًا واحـتِـفَـالاً، فـيُـعِـدُّون مِن أَولِـيَـائِـهِـم، وأبناء دَعْـوَتِـهِـم ودَعـوَة آبَـائِـهِـم؛ أفضَلَهم شَـفَـاعَـة، وأحسَنَهم طَـاعَـة، وأكثَرَهم عُـدَّة، وأعـلَـمَـهم بالـمُـعـضِلات، ثُم يُـتـبِـعون الأَقـيَـالَ بالأقيالِ، والأَمْـوالَ بالأموالِ، والرِّجـالَ بالرجالِ، حتى تَـعُـودَ الـدَّارُ دارَهم، والـمَـحَـلََّة مـحَـلَّـتهم، والأمْـوالُ قِـسـما بَـينهم. وما ضاع حَــقٌّ وراءَه طَــالِـب.

أما بعد؛

بما بلغنا من أخبار أياديكم البيضاء على الشعب الأسباني، فإن قَـائدَ الشَّـعـبِ الأندلسِيِّ في شَـتَـاتِـه؛ رُومِـهِـم، وعَربِهم، وبَربرِهمُ الأمازِيغَ، وزُنوجِهم؛ يَسُره أن يُذَكِّركم بِـضَـيْـمٍ أصاب الشعبِ الأندلُسيّ المسلم الذي لا زال يُعاني الشَّتات في مَنَافِيه منذ عام (897هـ/1492م)، ويُجمل لكم خُلاصَة شَـأنِـه العَـامّ، ويُـقدّم إليكم هذه الأركان الجامعةَ التي بُنيت عليها "الـقـضـيـةُ الأنـدلـسـيـةُ المـعـاصـرة"، للنظر فيها، واتخاذِ ما يَلزم من قِـبَـلِـكُم، ولكُم مَـجدُ التَّاريخِ العَـادل:

1- الاعتذار عن نكث أسلافكم المعاهدة الأخيرة التي نكبت الشعب الأندلسي في موطنه عام (897هـ/1492م)، بعد أن كانوا قد أبرموها مع سلفنا أبي عبد الله محمد بن الأحمر 12، وفق الشريعة الإسلامية والأعراف الدولية.
2- تحمل نتائج نكث تلك المعاهدة، على المستويات: التاريخية، والقانونية، والاجتماعية، والدينية.
3- التحقيق التاريخي والقانوني في جرائم الحرب التي حدثت داخل الأندلس بأيدي بابوية وفرنسية وإنجليزية وأوربية صليبية؛ فراح ضحيتها المواطنون الأندلسيون المستضعفون في وطنهم بعد سقوط الحكم الإسلامي بالأندلس. ومن ثم تحديد المجرمين، معاقبتهم بأثر تاريخي، مع تحديد الضحايا في قوائم، والاعتذار إليهم، وتعويضهم عن نكباتهم، وإرجاع ألقابهم إلى أصولها.
4- التحقيق التاريخي والقانوني في حوادث التهجير القسري لأغلبية مواطني الأندلس (رومهم، وعربهم، وبربهم الأمازيغ، وزنجهم)، وتشتيتهم في شتى بقاع العالم. ومن ثم تحديد المجرمين، معاقبتهم بأثر تاريخي، مع تحديد الضحايا في قوائم، والاعتذار إليهم، وتعويضهم عن نكباتهم، وإصدار قوانين تخولهم العودة إلى مدنهم وقراهم وأريافهم الأندلسية، ومنحهم حق المواطنة الكامل.
5- إعادة المساجد، والأوقاف، وأملاك المسلمين الضائعة بأسبانيا، إلى الهيئات والمنظمات والمؤسسات الممثلة للمسلمين قانونيا، على غرار تعويضكم لأتباع الديانة اليهودية.
6- الإحسان إلى الجالية المسلمة المقيمة في أسبانيا، لأنها مخدوشة الكبرياء ومشوهة الصورة، من جراء جرائم محاكم التفتيش.
7- الإحسان إلى أفواج الشباب المهاجر إلى أسبانيا بغير وثائق سفر، لأن لهجرتهم ما يبررها تاريخيا وقانونيا ونفسيا. وتمييز هذه الهجرات من غيرها عند رسم سياسات الهجرة إلى الدول الأوربية.
8- إدماج القضية الأندلسية في كل حوار جاد ومسئول يعقد في أسبانيا مع ممثلي الديانات والجماعات العرقية والثقافية والسياسية الدولية، كبرهان عن حسن النيات الفكرية الحوارية.
9- منح الاستقلال وحق المصير إلى شعب مدينتي سبتة ومليلة المسلم كعلامة حسن نية في التبرؤ من عصور الاحتلال المظلمة.
10- الاعتذار للدول العربية والمسلمة التي شملتها اعتداءات أسبانيا واحتلالها لبلدانهم عند مطاردتها الشعب الأندلسي المشتت.
11- ضبط موارد السياحة من الآثار الإسلامية، وتدقيقها، ودفع الثلث إلى الممثل الشرعي الوحيد للشعب الأندلسي.
12- التحاور والتعامل معنا ومع هيئتنا لأنها الممثل الشرعي الوحيد للشعب الأندلسي بشقيه المندمج والمشتت، والمبادر الأصيل في قضيته العادلة.

والحمدُ لله الذي تكفَّل بِنَصرِ مَن نَصرَه، وإعزَازِ مَن أَعزَّه.
هذا كتابُ ابن الأحمر إليكَ، وحجةُ الشعبِ الأندلسِـيِّ المسلم عليك. ولا غالبَ إلا الله.

Lettre d’Ibn el-Ahmar à Juan Carlos



Au nom de Dieu; le très Miséricordieux, le Tout Miséricordieux

Cette lettre est adressée par Abou Mohammed Djamel ben Ammar el-Ahmar, descendant des Beni el-Ahmar, monarques d'Andalousie, à Juan Carlos; monarque des Espagnols.

Louanges à Allah qui n’est de divinité que Lui, celui Qui créa les hommes d’une seule âme, celui Qui fait revivre la terre, une fois morte, et à Qui nous retournerons le jour de la résurrection.

Il ressuscite à chaque époque, parmi Sa nation, de fidèles savants et princes, qui défendent les droits des opprimées, et qui font face aux conquérants pour la défense de leur religion et de leur communauté.

Ils n’économisent aucun effort ni ressource, et font appel parmi leurs alliés et partisans de leur cause et de la cause de leurs ancêtres, les meilleurs intercesseurs, les plus disciplinés, les mieux équipés, et les plus instruits par les dilemmes.

Puis, ils ne cessent de sacrifier à la cause; les grands hommes, les trésors, et les braves gens, jusqu’à ce que le pays soit le leur, et la demeure soit leur demeure, et les biens soient partagés à parts égales; car nul droit n’est perdu tant qu’il est réclamé.

Ensuite,

Comme il m’est revenu que vous êtes très versé envers le peuple espagnol; le Leader du peuple andalou à la diaspora, formé par des européens, arabes, berbères amazigh et noirauds, de venir vous rappeler l’injustice que le peuple andalou musulman a subi, et qui souffre encore la diaspora à l’exile depuis 897 de l’Hégire, 1492 E.C., vous fait part du sommaire de sa politique générale, et des grandes lignes sur lesquelles «La Cause Andalouse Contemporaine» est fondée, pour la méditer, et décider ce que vous pouvez y apportez, de votre part, et à vous la gloire de l’histoire juste.

1- Présenter les excuses au nom de vos ancêtres qui sont revenu sur le dernier traité, qui a pris au peuple andalou son pays en 897 de l’Hégire, 1492 E.C., après l’avoir conclu avec notre ancêtre Abi Abd Allah Mohammed XII ibn el-Ahmar, selon la loi islamique de Charia et les coutumes internationales.

2- Assumer la responsabilité engendrée par le retour sur ce traité, sur les plans: historique, légal, social et religieux.

3- Effectuer des investigations historiques et légales sur les crimes de guerre commises en Andalousie par des mains de croisades papales, françaises, anglaises et européennes, ayant comme victimes les citoyens andalous opprimés dans leur propre pays après la chute du règne musulman en Andalousie. Subséquemment, dénommer les criminels et les punir par rétrospection historique. Dénombrer les victimes dans des listes, leur présenter des excuses, les dédommager pour leur calamité et restaurer leurs noms d’origine.

4- Effectuer des investigations historiques et légales sur l’expatriation forcée de la majorité des habitants de l’Andalousie constituée d’européens, arabes, berbères amazighs et noirauds, et sur leur dispersion partout dans le monde. Subséquemment, dénommer les criminels et les punir par rétrospection historique. Dénombrer les victimes dans des listes, leur présenter des excuses, les dédommager pour leur calamité. Promulguer des lois leur permettant de regagner leurs villes, villages, et campagnes andalouses, et leur accorder le droit à la citoyenneté complète.

5- Restaurer les mosquées, et rendre les dotations et les biens perdus des musulmans en Espagne, aux institutions, organisations et fondations qui représentent légalement les musulmans à l’instar du dédommagement des adeptes de la communauté juive.

6- Bien traiter la communauté musulmane en Espagne car elle est touchée dans sa fierté, et son image est altérée; suite aux crimes des cours d’inquisitions.

7- Bien traiter les groupes de jeunes immigrants sans papiers en Espagne car leur immigration est justifiée historiquement, légalement et psychiquement, et les distinguer des autres immigrants lors de la mise au point des politiques d’immigration aux pays européens.

8- Inclure la cause andalouse dans tout dialogue sérieux et responsable tenant lieu en Espagne avec les représentants des différentes croyances religieuses, des groupes ethniques, culturels et politiques internationaux, comme témoin des bonnes intentions envers le dialogue intellectuel.

9- Accorder l’indépendance et le droit de l’autodétermination au peuple musulman des deux villes ; Sebta et Mlila, comme témoin de bonnes intentions de s’affranchir des époques sombres coloniales.

10- S’excuser auprès des pays arabes et musulmans qui n’ont pas été épargnés des attaques et de la colonisation espagnole lors de sa poursuite du peuple andalou dispersé.

11- Déterminer et évaluer les revenus touristiques des monuments islamiques, et de donner le tiers au seul représentant légitime du peuple andalou.

12- Traiter et dialoguer avec nous et avec notre organisation puisqu’elle est le seul représentant légal du peuple andalou, formé de ses deux parties; intégrée et dispersée, et l’initiateur principal de sa cause juste.

Louange à Allah Qui a avalisé de donner le triomphe à celui qui prête secours à Sa cause, et donner la gloire à celui qui Le vénère.

Celle-ci est la lettre d’Ibn el-Ahmar adressée à vous, et l’argument du peuple andalou musulman contre vous. Il n’y a point de triomphateur qu’Allah.

From bin al-Ahmar to Juan Carlos

In the name of Allah, the most Benevolent, the most Merciful

This letter is duly written by Abu Muhammad Jamal bin Ammar al-Ahmar, descendant of Bani al-Ahmar, kings of Andalusia to Juan Carlos, monarch of the Spanish people.
Praise be to Allah, the Only God, there is no other God but Him, Who creates people of a single soul, revives earth after its death and to Whom we all will return, Who resurrects from his nation in every epoch persons from His true slaves; scientists and princes, whom He made defendants of their rights against oppressors, and support religion against dictators. These do not spare any effort, money or soul and have keen interest to pursue preparing advocates and followers of their ancestors, who are good intercessors, most disciplined, best equipped and knowledgeable of dilemmas solving, to restore homelands till it becomes theirs, where funds are shared and no rights are lost. As the adage says “no right will be lost as long as it is pursued“.
Hence,
As we know about your justice and white hands upon the Spanish people; I, the leader of Andalusia people in their Diaspora; Roman, Arab, Berber and Negros, would like to remind you of a the unjust inflicted upon the Muslim Andalusia people who still suffers Diaspora in exiles since (897 H./1492 C.E.). Below we outline the whole political matter and the grounds with the general pillars on which the “The Contemporary Andalusia Cause” is based, so that you may closely consider it and take the necessary actions, and you’ll get the full place in the glorious just history.
1. Apology on behalf of your ancestors who reneged the last treaty, which afflicted the people of Andalusia in their home on 897 H / 1492 C.E., after they had concluded it with our ancestor Abi Abdallah Muhammad XII, bin al-Ahmar according to Islamic Sharia and international customs,
2. Taking full responsibility of the outcomes resultant from reneging this treaty at historical, legal, social and religious levels.
3. Making a full historical and legal investigation in the war crimes which took place in Andalusia by the Papal, French, English, and European crusades, whose victims were our poor wretched people, after the fall of Islamic rule in Andalusia. Thus, it is necessary to identify criminals, punish them in retrospect, while identifying, enlisting, apologizing to the victims, and compensating them for their calamities and restoring their family names
4. Making a historical and legal investigation in the compulsory migration of the above citizens and their dispersal in various parts of the world, identifying the culprits and punishing them in retrospect, while identifying the victims, enlisting, compensating them for their calamities, and issuing a decree allowing them to come back home to their Andalusian cities and granting them the full citizenship right,
5. Handing over the mosques, the lost Muslims’ properties , and endowments, in Spain, to the legal institutions, organizations, and foundations which represent them on par with what you did for the Jews,

8. Including the Andalusia cause in every serious responsible dialogue held in Spain with representatives of ethnic, cultural and political international groups and religions as a proof for good intentions for intellectual dialogue ,
9. Granting independence and right of destiny to the Muslim people of the two cities, Sebtah and Mlila, as a sign of renouncing practices of the dark ages of occupation
10. Apologizing to the Arab and Muslim countries attacked and occupied by Spain in its chase after the dispersed Andalusia people,
11. Controlling and assessing incomes from tourism to the Islamic monuments and paying a third to the only legitimate representative of the Andalusia people,
12. Dialoguing and dealing with us and with our organization as it is the only legitimate representative of the Andalusia people with both its parts integrated and dispersed and the principal initiator of this just cause.

Praise be to Allah Who guaranteed victory for whoever supports His religion, and dignity for those who glorify Him, Who guaranteed victory for whoever supported His religion, and dignity for those who glorify Him.
This is bin al-Ahmar’s letter to you, and the proof of the Muslim Andalusia people against you. No triumphant but Allah.

إن الجمعية الدولية للمترجمين واللغويين العرب إذ تحيي أبو محمد جمال بن عمار الأحمر؛ سليلُ بني الأحمر، وتشكره على توجيه هذا الخطاب إلى فخامة ملك اسبانيا خوان كارلوس، فإنها تعبر عن دعمها المطلق له ولخطابه ومطالبه العادلة وتوجه في الوقت ذاته أطيب تحياتها إلى ملك اسبانيا والشعب الإسباني وتذكر اسبانيا شريك مبادرة تحالف الحضارات بأن المترجمين واللغويين العرب، السفراء الحضاريون الحقيقيون لأمتهم:
1. يؤمنون بأنهم هم السفراء الحضاريون لأمتهم وهم القادرون على إجراء حوار حضاري على قدم المساواة مع سفراء الحضارات الأخرى.
2. يؤمنون بأن مبادرة تحالف الحضارات لا يمكن أن يكتب لها نصيب من النجاح في ظل القضاء وإلغاء الحضارة الأندلسية العريقة واحتلال سبتة ومليلة المغربيتان.
3. يرفضون احتلال سبتة ومليلة ويعتبرون هذا الاحتلال إهانة للأمة العربية لا يمكن أن تستمر.
4. يرفضون الحوار غير المتكافيء مع اسبانيا في ظل هذا الظلم التاريخي والاحتلال البغيض.
5. يدعون الحكومة والشعب الإسباني إلى الإرتقاء درجة إلى أعلى والتعامل مع خطاب أبو محمد جمال بن عمار الأحمر بمنتهى الوعي والمسؤولية الحضارية والأخلاقية والتاريخية.
6. يأملون من الملك خوان كارلوس الرد على الخطاب بشكل إيجابي سواء بالرد على أبو محمد جمال بن عمار الأحمر (Lahmar.alhambra@gmail.com( مباشرة و/أو على الجمعية عبر بريدها الرسمي (info@arabswata.org) .
7. تدعو الجمعية جميع أعضائها وكل المترجمين والمثقفين واللغويين والمفكرين والأدباء العرب والأحرار في العالم إلى دعم وتعميم ونشر وتبني هذا الخطاب.

لم أجد من قبل هيئة تفهمني...فضلا عن أن تلقي بالا للفكرة،،،بله التفكير في مبادرة حضارية كهذه...

إن موقفا منكم كهذا يشرف كل مثقف نزيه، وكل وطني شريف، وكل منافح عن إحقاق الحقوق، أو تثبيت الكرامة...

ها أنت تؤرخ رسميا لعودة القضية الأندلسية إلى الحياة...

هذه الرسالة هي وثيقة اعتماد رسمية...لم أطلبها ولن أطلبها من أية هيئة حاكمة في العالم...لأنها قضية...وها أنت تمنحني هذا الاعتماد الرسمي...

ها قد منحتني دولة واتا المتحدة اعتماد قضيتي التي أعيش من أجلها...سأحتفل بهذا اليوم من كل عام...وسيحتفل معي كل أنصار القضية الأندلسية المعاصرة...اليوم الاثنين (20 شوال 1429/ 20 أكتوبر/ تشرين الأول، 2008)

NEWPORT, R.I. - Five hundred years after the Jews were deported from Spain on the same tide that carried Columbus to the New World, America's oldest synagogue has survived to hear a king and president welcome them back to the Iberian Peninsula.

The president, Mario Soares of Portugal, came in person.

"He sat right here in George Washington's chair and publicly apologized to Jews everywhere, asking forgiveness for the suffering and pain his country had inflicted," said the Rabbi Chaim Shapiro, recalling that emotional day three years ago in Newport's Touro Synagogue.

"He admitted the expulsion of the Jews was the greatest mistake Spain and Portugal ever made. They deprived themselves of leaders in the fields of medicine, science, philosophy, administration, finance and lost the intellectual balance needed to offset the religious fanaticism of the time. After that, Spain and Portugal went into decline."

Then on March 3l of this year, the 500th anniversary of King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella's expulsion order, the Touro congregation received with joy and tears the news that King Juan Carlos of Spain, wearing a yarmulke, had prayed with President Chaim Herzog of Israel in Beth Yaakov, Madrid's only synagogue, in a gesture of reconciliation.

"The king's gesture," Shapiro told the congregation, "does more than confer legitimacy on the small Jewish community now living in Spain, some of whom were smuggled in during the Holocaust. It pays homage to Sephardic communities scattered around the world, who like ours have never forgotten their Spanish roots."

BIBLICAL LAND OF SEPHARAD

Sepharad is the Hebrew word for Spain. In Jewish tradition it is associated with the biblical land of Sepharad, mentioned in the book of Obadiah, where Jewish wanderers settled after the Babylonians captured Jerusalem and destroyed King Solomon's temple, instituting the First Diaspora.

Jews had lived in Spain for more than 1,500 years when the royal order was issued that all Jews "leave our kingdoms by the end of July, with their sons and daughters, servants and relatives who are Jews . . . with the warning that any who are found here or return will incur the death penalty."

Unfavorable winds and tides delayed the expulsion deadline, so that on Friday, Aug. 3, 1492, Columbus had to set sail from the small port of Palos because the harbors at Seville and Cadiz were jammed with ships taking away the last of this human cargo. Some boarded ships sent by the sultan of the Ottoman Empire who thought the Spanish king and queen were out of their minds to reject such a talent pool. Why even the maps and navigation charts Columbus took with him were prepared by Jewish astronomers and mathematicians.

Many families took their house keys with them, hoping someday to return. All took with them Ladino, a sort of Spanish Yiddish, a strange medieval language rich in prayer, poetry, song and story, that is read right to left like Hebrew.

Shapiro told his congregation that several of his rabbinical colleagues felt the anniversary was a time for mourning and wondered if participating in Spain's Columbus quincentennial "wasn't tantamount to accepting a flagrant bribe in order to encourage Jewish tourism and avoid any embarrassing protests that might mar the Barcelona Olympics and other events taking place in Spain this year?"

He, however, preferred "to accept Spain's hand of friendship outstretched in a symbolic act of repentance and at the same time to celebrate the survival of Sephardic communities over the most difficult obstacles imaginable."

With a running commentary, the rabbi led the way into America's oldest synagogue, now a national landmark, "which means we can't put gutters on the roof to keep the rain from leaking into the basement." The neoclassic, colonial style building was designed by Peter Harrison, who built Newport's Redwood Library, America's oldest circulating library. "He never built a synagogue before and never bothered to send the bill. At least we find no record of it."

The "president's pew," where Soares sat, was twice occupied by Washington.

The general felt a genuine affinity with the community. Sephardic Jews like Lion Moses, Isaac Franks and Haym Salomon helped finance the American Revolution. A Col. David Franks was Washington's liaison officer to Benjamin Franklin in Paris. Then there was the fabled midnight ride to Haym Salomon. With Washington's unpaid troops threatening mutiny, a messenger on horseback arrived at the Philadelphia synagogue on the eve of Yom Kippur, 1779. Salomon immediately left the service and raised $400,000 to meet the payroll.

As if demonstrating the anxiety of his ancestors, the rabbi suddenly reached down to the floor of the reading platform at the center of the synagogue and yanked open a trap door. It led down a steep ladder to a stone floor far below and a long dank tunnel. Here was a haunting reminder of the dark Spanish past when Jews called "marranos" - Spanish slang for pigs - practiced their religion in secret to avoid the flailing whips and immolating bonfires of the Inquisition.

140 FAMILIES

The Touro congregation now numbers 140 families and, says Shapiro, "tries hard to maintain the Sephardic traditions, which over the centuries have been our formula for survival, although now a majority are from the Ashkenazi Jewish background." The Ashkenazi Jews came primarily from eastern Europe.

"What's changing Sephardic communities rapidly is intermarriage with Ashkenazis," says David Gitlitz, who teaches a course called "Spain, the Jews and the Inquisition" at nearby Rhode Island University.

"It's almost universal. In this country the intermarriage rate for Sephardic Jews is up over 60 percent. Most Sephardic kids marry non-Sephardics, which means great dilution in a couple of generations."

Spanish Inquisition


In joint event in Chicago marking 21 years since establishment of relations between Israel and Spain, Spanish consul general apologizes for expulsion of Jews from his country in 15th century. He also stated that the expulsion of the Jews from Spain in 1492 was an "almost barbaric" act.

But the question is, were the Jews the only ones who faced discrimination and were kicked out of Spain at that time!?

On March 31, 1492, the Alhambra Decree for the expulsion of the Jews and Muslims was issued. Approximately 200,000 people left Spain. The Muslims of the newly conquered Granada had been initially granted religious freedom, but pressure to convert increased, and after some revolts, a policy of forced expulsion or conversion was also instituted in 1502.

After the fall of Granada in 1492, the Muslim population was promised religious freedom by the Treaty of Granada, but that promise was short-lived.

In 1502, Muslims were given an ultimatum to either convert or emigrate. The majority converted, but only superficially, continuing to dress and speak as they had before and to secretly practice Islam and use the aljamiado writing system. This led Cardinal Cisneros to use a more forceful approach, which resulted in an uprising in 1500 to 1502. This was suppressed, and the Spanish authorities took that as a pretext to void the rights and obligations in the surrender treaty.

As early as 1508, authorities banned traditional fashion

In 1567, Philip II of Spain issued an edict requiring Moriscos to give up their Muslim names, their traditional Muslim dress, and even prohibited the speaking of Arabic. They were even told that they would have to give up their children to be educated by Christian priests.

I agree with the Spanish consul general, that expulsion of the any specific sect from any country is an "almost barbaric" act.
In fact, I think the the whole Spanish Inquisition was a barbaric act.
But he has to apologize to the Muslims who faced similar discrimination too. Which is not the case, and no one ever thought of apologizing to them. May be because our regimes have similar Inquisitions in the Muslim countries now a days, so we are supposed to be used to this, and we shall be grateful to the Spanish people for teaching our regimes such thing.

آمل أن تكونوا على علم بمؤسستنا المتخصصة في الدراسات الموريسكية الأندلسية, التي نشرت مئات البحوث وعشرات الكتب حول هذه الدراسات منذ سنة 1983, وقد نظمنا 13 مؤتمرا دوليا وأعلنا عن المؤتمر الرابع عشر للدراسات الموريسكية الأندلسية بمناسبة الذكرى المائوية الرابعة لطرد الموريسكيين من الأندلس 1609-2009, تجدون طي هذا المنشور الذي وزع على المنتسبين الدوليين.
كما أننا حينا اللجنة العالمية للدراسات الموريسكية, ولعلمكم فقد نظمنا مؤتمرا عن الذكرى الخمسمائة سنة عن سقوط غرناطة 1492-1992 قبل 16 سنة, وقد وجهنا رسالة أولى وثانية لجلالة الملك خوان كارلوس, طلبنا فيها جلالة الملك التفضل بتقديم اعتذار حضاري, وكررنا الطلب, وقد رد علي السيد ماراتينوس, وزير الخارجية الحالية, وكان يومئذ مديرا عاما بالوزارة, وكان رده غير إيجابي البتة.
ونظرا إلى أني كنت الوحيد منذ سنة 1992, وأنا أنادي بهذا الاعتذار, فلم يقع الاستجابة له لأسباب غير خافية. ونظرا لدقة أهمية المؤتمر الرابع عشر والاستثنائي الذي سيعقد في الفترة ما بين 19 و23 ماي/آيار 2009, عزمنا على دعوة الملك أو من يمثله لحضور هذا المؤتمر الدولي الكبير والاستثنائي, ورسالتي إليكم ترنو أن نطلب منكم العناوين الرسمية لجميع الشخصيات التي وجهت إليها رسالتكم بتاريخ 09/10/2008, وهي بعدد 14, وهدفنا توجيه :

الأساتذة الأفاضل؛
