Could you read this translated legal phrase and provide me with your opinions
“Jurisdiction” – meaning both the territory and activities over which a government body has power; jurisdiction over activities is also known as “competence”; the Constitution distinguishes between exclusive and shared jurisdictions
”نطاق الصلاحيات" -- يعني الحدود الجغرافية والأنشطة التي تكون للهيئة الحكومية سلطة عليها . و يعرف نطاق الصلاحيات على الانشطة ايظا بالاختصاص ويميز الدستور بين الصلاحيات الحصرية والمشتركة.
