ينبغي أن تدعم استراتيجية الحد من الفقر المستندة إلى الغايات الإنمائية للألفية عملية تصعيد الاستثمارات العامة وبناء القدرات وتعبئة الموارد المحلية والمساعدة الإنمائية الرسمية. وينبغي أيضا أن توفر إطارا لتعزيز الإدارة وحقوق الإنسان وإشراك المجتمع المدني والنهوض بالقطاع الخاص. وهذه الاستراتيجيات ينبغي أن:
1- تستند إلى تقييم للاستثمارات والسياسات اللازمة لتحقيق الغايات بحلول عام 2015
2- تحدد الاستشمارات والسياسات والميزانيات التفصيلية للسنوات الثلاث إلى الخمس المقبلة
3- تركز على الانتاجية الريفية والانتاجية الحضرية والصحة (بما في ذلك الصحة الجنسية والانجابية) والتعليم والمساواة بين الجنسين والمياه وخدمات الصرف الصحي والاستدامة البيئية والعلم والتكنولوجيا والابتكار
4- تركز على صحة المرأة والفتاة وحصيلة تعليمهما وإمكانية حصولهما على الفرص الاقتصادية
5- تشجع آليات وجود إدارة شفافة ولا مركزية
6- تحدد استراتيجية للنهوض بالقطاع الخاص واستراتيحية لتوليد الدخل للفقراء.
The limit strategy of the poverty which based on the developmental purposes of the millennium should support the official and developmental help, the abilities building and resources filling investments escalation. It should also supply a frame to enhance management, human rights, participate with civil society and development the private sector.
These strategies are:
1- Lean to an assessment for the purposes investigation required for the investments and the policies during in 2015.
2- Define the investments, policies and the categorical budgets to five next.
3- It based on the rural productivity, the urban productivity, the health, the education, the equality between the two genders, water, the healthy dismissal services and last environment , science , technology and the innovation.
4- Based on the woman health and education outcome and obtainment of economic possibilities.
5- Encourage a transparent administration rather than centralisms.
6- Define a strategy for raising the private sector and income generates strategy for the poor.
