Power of Attorney
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that as Clerk and Chairman of the Central Committee of (P.C.A), a charitable association chartered under the laws of the United Kingdom, and as the successor body to (ABC), having its head office at Euston Road, London, previously being the legal owner of plots No. 101, 116, 017 and 172 Beirut Land District and, which plots are used for the educational activities do by the virtue of the authority vested in him in consequence of his holding the offices of Clerk and Chairman hereby appoint and constitute (Y) and (Z) of Beirut, Lebanon jointly and severally to act as attorneys of the above mentioned association hereafter referred to as the “association” in Lebanon, in order to plead for and defend to said association before all courts, arbitrator or arbitration tribunals of any degree and jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, ‘tis was issued this 2nd day of August 1995.

أعين وأقيم السيد (Y) و (Z) من بيروت لبنان بالاتحاد والانفراد للعمل كوكلاء الجمعية بغية تمثيل الجمعية سواء بصفة مدعية أو مدعى عليها أمام كافة المحاكم والمحكمين والمجالس التحكيمية من أية درجة أو أياً كانت صلاحيتهم.
