Care of Palestinian Students Association is civil , non-profit and non-partisan. It founded in 1995 by a group of volunteer teachers to meet the needs of students of education , health and social living which the students live through various educational levels. Care of Palestinian students Association received the Palestinian license No. 1935 by the Ministry of the Interior, on 21.12.1995. It began to develop its programs to fit the needs of students. It focused on developing the special education program of an association in order to give the talented students the opportunities to excel and progress through holding a cultural competition for the talented students and to present supporting for low students achievement to be able to keep up with their partners through providing them with suitable educational skills to continue the educational process

سلام الله عليك أستاذ عماد -- أرجو ان تنال هذه الترجمة أيضا إستحسانكم فقد كتبتها على عجلة من أمرى -- وسوف أعود إليها مرة أخرى -- لكن لا أعرف صراحة ما المقصود بجملة مسابقة سنابل الثقافة -- هل المقصود بكلمة سنابل هنا هى براعم أم ماذا ؟

It began to develop its programs to be in harmony with the needs of students. It focused on developing and promoting the special education program of it in order to give the talented students the opportunities to excel and progress through holding a cultural competition for the excellent students and presenting support for those students of low level to be able to keep up with their equals(mates) through providing them with essential(adequate) educational skills to continue the educational process

تحياتي من قلب القاهرة. هذه محاولة متواضعة للترجمة مع التعليق:

Founded in early 1995 by a group of voulnteered teachers, the Palestinian Student Care Society aims at meeting the educational,health and social needs of students during their diffrent educational stages. It is a non-governmental, non-profit and a non-partisan society. It was licensed by the ministry of the Interior on 21/12/1995 and has the license No. 1935. The society began to develop its programs in order to keep abreast of the students' needs. It focused its interest on developing its own educational program to enable the talented students to achieve excellence and progress. This is made through the Cultural Sanabel Contest in which the top-ranking students participate. Moreover, The Societry provides support for students with slow learning progress in order to help them to keep up with their collegues through providing them with the educational skills necessary for continuing their way successfully in the educational process.

ملاحظات عامة:

1- الجمل الطويلة من سمات اللغة العربية مثل: جمعية رعاية الطالب الفلسطيني جمعية أهلية غير ربحية و غير حزبية تأسست في مطلع العام 1995 م على يد مجموعة من المعلمين المتطوعين لتلبي احتياجات الطلاب التعليمية و الصحية والاجتماعية التي يعيشها الطلاب خلال شتى المراحل التعليمية.
وعلى النقيض نجد أن الاتجاه في الإنجليزية هو الجمل القصيرة المتتابعة. ولذا فقد جعلت هذه الجملة جملتين، كما جعلت جملتي الأول Participial phrase إذ رأيتها إلى التركيب الإنجليزي أقرب.

2- هناك مرادفات لعبارات عربية شاع استخدامها لذلك فضلت استخدامها على شاكلة

الطلبة ضعاف التحصيل Students who are slow in their learning progress / or/ students who are slow in their scholastic accomplishment.

سلام الله عليك أستاذ مجدى -- ترجمة جميلة وممتازة حقا والله ولكن لى سؤالين بسيطين لماذا بدأت الترجمة بكلمة founded وهى فعل مع العلم اننا تعلمنا ان نبدأ الجملة الإنجليزية بفاعل الا إذا كانت الجملة المترجمة فى منتصف نص فنقوم بإستخدام الطريقة التى اتبعها سيادتكم من اجل التنوع و تجنب الرتابة . وهنا لا يوجد نص غير الذى طلبه الأستاذ عماد -- والسؤال الآخر لما إستخدمت كلمة society بدلا من كلمةassociation ---مجرد أسئلة جالت فى خاطرى وأريد ان اعرف الحكمة وراء ذلك فقد يكون هناك أمورا أجهلها وتعرفها أنت فأفدنى أفادك الله.

1- لقد استخدمت في ترجمتي جملة اسم الفاعل Participial Phrase وهو أسلوب كثيرا ما يستخدم في الكتابة والمسألة المهمة التي يجب أخذها في الاعتبار في هذا السياق هو التأكد من أن فاعل الجملة الأساسية Main clause هو نفسه فاعل الـ Participial phrase إذ تقول القاعدة A participial phrase at
the beginning of a sentence (must) refer to the grammatical subject.
For Example: Walking slowly down the road, he saw a woman accompanied by two children. (The word walking refers to the subject of the sentence, not to the woman).


2- سبب استخدامي لكلمة Society هو معنى الكلمة وطريقة استخدامها في اللغة الإنجليزية فهي تستخدم بالمعنى التالي:
A society ... is a number of persons associated together by some common interest or purpose, united by a common vow, holding the same belief or opinion, following the same trade or profession, A society as thus described, in which the common element pertains to areas concerned with religion, may aptly be described as a religious society.
