تشهّيت الطفولة فيك.
مذ طارت عصافير الربيع
تجرّد الشجر
وصوتك كان، يا ماكان،
يأتي
من الآبار أحيانا
و أحيانا ينقطه لي المطر
نقيا هكذا كالنار
كالأشجار.. كالأشعار ينهمر
تعالي
كان في عينيك شيء أشتهيه
و كنت أنتظر



I longed for the childhood with you.
Since the spring sparrows have flied
The trees have been stripped
And your voice, once upon a time
Came
From the wells sometimes
And some another time the rains dripped it to me
Such as clear as fire
As trees…As poems, it poured
Come in
There was in your eyes something I longed for
While I was waiting.
