متابعة لاجتماع الأمس مع منسقي المقررات الدراسية, حول تأثير الغياب.
- بالنسبة للطلاب الذين رسبوا في المقررات الدراسية بسبب غيابهم بنسبة تزيد عن 30% من مدة الحضور المطلوبة للمقررات.
- صُنفت هذه القائمة ودُققت من عمداء الكليات قبل الإمتحانات.
- يجب التصديق على هذه القائمة, لكل من النسبة وإجتماع إمتحان الكلية للتأكد من أنه لا توجد أخطاء.
- يجب أن لايسمح للطلبة المذكورين بأداء الإمتحان. يجب أن ترصد درجة صفر كعلامة للإمتحان في سجلهم. يرجى أن يذكر في عمود الملاحظات مايلي: نسبة الغياب أكثر من 30%.
- إذا أدى الطلبة المعنيون الإمتحان, فيجب أن لا تعطى لهم علامة الإمتحان. ويجب أن ترصد درجة صفر في سجلهم كعلامة للإمتحان. ويرجى أن يذكر في عمود الملاحظات مايلي: نسبة الغياب أكثر من 30%.
