التعريف:
One skilled in giving facials, manicures, pedicures, and other beauty treatments

السياق:

Forego the facial. Facials, particularly those given by over-enthusiastic aestheticians who haven't been taught how to handle acne-prone skin, can do more harm than good.

أوافقك الرأي إذ أن ترجمتك هي للتعريف الثاني للكلمة
One versed in the theory of beauty and artistic expression.

لكن لا أظن أن هذا هو المقصود في السياق
