في الحقيقة أحتاج منكم بعض الإسهام في معرفة المهام النحوية لبعض الكلمات , في جمل سأوردها هنا .. و الشكر مقدماً لكل من يجد الوقت للإضافة و المساهمة .
I need to stete the grammatical function of the underlined expression in the following sentences , and give evidence as well

Honestly , I don't know much about it
These were the best days of my life
kids usually like ice-cream a lot
my father bought my mother a really expensive ring
Most students solved the problem without any difficulty

Some modern grammarians would call "honestly" an adjunct because it is not an element of the sentence that is required for a well-formed complete sentence.
