أنا الموقع أدناه ، أقر وأصرح بأني وكلت السيد --------------------------- وكالة عامة في جميع القضايا التي ترفع مني أو علي أمام جميع المحاكم على إختلاف أنواعها وتنوع درجاتها وفي المرافعة والمدافعة عني بكل دعوى لي أو علي ، وكالة عامة بهذا الخصوص مفوضة لرأيه وفعله مجيزه له التحليف والتحكيم والتبليغ وتسمية الخبراء وردهم وطلب الحجز وتثبيته ورفعه وطلب الرهن الإجباري وطلب شهر الإفلاس والتصفية القضائية ومراجعة جميع المحاكم بجميع طرق المراجعة العادية والإستثنائية إستئنافاً وتمييزاً وإعادة محاكمة وإرسال الإنذارات والإخطارات والإبراء والإقرار والصلح والإسقاط والتنازل وطلب حق الشفعة والمقايضة وإجراء المعاملات لحصر الإرث وتوكيل من يشاء وعزل من يوكل ومحاسبته
General Power of Attorney
I,the undersigned, herby acknowledged and declare that I have trusted Mr. --------------------------- with general power of attorney in all cases filed by or against me before all courts with its different types and diversity of degrees , he shall have the right to defend and plead for me in each case filed by or against me , as a general power of attorney subjected to his opinion and act admitting him to take the oath , request for arbitration , send notices , appoint experts , reject them , claim for attachment , request for declaring bankruptcy and judicial liquidation , he shall have the right to refer to all courts with all different methods whether normal , exceptional in the court of appeal or cassation , re-trail , send notices , notifications , discharges , declarations , settlement , remission and disclaim , request for preemption , barter and carry out the required procedures , in order to determine the inheritance , and he shall have the right to authorize , terminate and calling any person to the court.
