اتفقت المدعية مع المدعي عليه على الطلاق الخلعي مقابل التنازل عن النفقات الماضية والعدة بسبب عدم التوافق والانسجام بينهما.
سألت المحكمة المدعية عن حالتها النسائية، وأوضحت أنها على طهر تام، ومن ذوات الحيض المنتظم، ولست حامل، ومتروكة من فراش الزوجية.
