ماذا سيقولون لله عز وجل يوم يسالهم عن فرصتي لخدمة الامة الفرصة التي قتلوها لا لشئ سوى لكوني عربيا

As the first year of the Obama Administration concludes with the State of the Union, the White House is inviting Americans across the country to connect directly with some of the President’s senior advisors. Through WhiteHouse.gov, these leaders will report to you on their work and answer your questions on where we’ve been, where we are, and where we’re heading.
Every morning this week at WhiteHouse.gov, you’ll find a guest blog post from a senior advisor talking about the progress the Administration has made in a particular area. Then, in the afternoon, that advisor will host a live video chat with the public where you can ask anything you want, or just tune in and see what’s going on.
Here’s the schedule we have planned:
Monday, 3:30 EST: Carol Browner, Assistant to the President for Energy and Climate, discusses the President’s push to create the new clean energy economy.
Tuesday, 3:00 EST: Ben Rhodes of the National Security Council discusses the President’s handling of national security and foreign policy.
Wednesday, 12:00 EST: HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will talk about health reform, from how far we’ve come to how reform will benefit American families and small businesses
Thursday, TBD: The nation’s first Federal Chief Technology Officer, Aneesh Chopra, will join Norm Eisen, special counsel to the President for ethics and government reform, to talk about all the ways in which the President has changed Washington.
Friday, 1:00 EST: Christina Romer, Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers, talks about the President’s primary focus on restoring the economy for all Americans and creating jobs for the American people.

The reports and images from Haiti of collapsed hospitals, crumbled homes, and men and women carrying their injured neighbors through the streets are truly heart-wrenching. As we learn more about the extent of the devastation, our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Haiti and Haitian Americans around our country who do not yet know the fate of their families and loved ones back home.
I have directed my Administration to respond with a swift, coordinated and aggressive effort to save lives. The people of Haiti will have the full support of the United States Government in the urgent effort to rescue those trapped beneath the rubble and to deliver the humanitarian relief -- the food, water and medicine -- that Haitians will need in the coming days.
This is also a time when we are reminded of the common humanity that we all share, and Americans have always responded to these situations with generosity of spirit. 1.. ان تكونوا على اتصال مباشر بلجان التبرعات لضمان عدم حدوث تلاعب مادي لاستغلال الماساة
2..تخصيص اماكن عامة تتوفر فيها حمايات امنية كالملاعب والمتنزهات لتجميع الاطفال والنساء لضمان عدم تعرضهم للسبي و الاغتصاب و البيع في سوق الرقيق الدولي

3...جمع مختاري المناطق و مسؤولين في مراكز شرطة المناطق و شيوخ القبائل و علية القوم للحصول منهم على اماكن وجود اموال عامة و دور و محلات علية القوم والناس الاثرياء ومحلات الصاغة والتجار الكبار لتامين حمايتها من السطو

توزيع مبالغ نقدية عاجلة لجميع ضحايا الزلازل وليس الاكتفاء بتوزيع مواد الاغاثة الاخرى7.. لزيادة امكانية المنكوبين على الحصول على مواد لاتتوفر من خلال الاغاثة ولكي لايقال ياخذون الاموال ويرسلون مواد يجزء بسيط منها ليحتفظوا بالبقية
8...تامين تعقيم المياه والتلقيحات الخاصة بالامراض السارية والمعدية التي تنتشر في الكوارث وتوفير المضادات الحيوية والمسكنات وقناني الدم بمختلف صنوفه منن خلال حملة عالمية للتبرع بالدم
توزيع مواد الاغاثة مباشرة على المنكوبين وعدم الاعتماد على جهات قد تكون فاسدة مستغلة 9.. لعدم وجود محاسبة حكومية في ظروف النكبات
