السلام والرحمة والإكرام،

جميع الصيغ التي أوردتها (أنت أخيَّتي) هي صيغ Passive اقترنت ب (أتت مقترنة وبعد ال Verb to be - الكينونة)، ما عدا الأولى التي جاءت بعد ال Verb to have - (الملكية إن لم يتبعها فعل آخر - وهي هنا بمعنى قد، فعل قد انتهى للتو هو Has emerged)، وليس شرطاً واجباً أن تذكر ال By في كل جملة Passive حيث يمكن حذفها وتجاهلها وما وراءها من (الفاعل أصلاً حينما كانت الجملة في صيغة ال Active)، ففي حالة ال Active تبدأ الجملة بال Subject، وعند تحويلها (أي الجملة إلى صيغة ال Passive يحل ال Object محل ال Subject في أول (تبدأ به) جملة ال Passive، ويؤتى بال Subject وقبله By في آخر الجملة - إن رغبنا في ذلك - وإلا فيحق لنا أن نهملهما.

Who allows, who regulates,who registers, who trades, who assigns? Of course somebody does.
